At Magpie Jewellery we strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. We process all orders within 12 - 72 hours. Once processed we will email you a notification that your items have shipped or are ready to pick-up, or if your order requires a special order you will be notified of this as well.
We offer Flat Rate Shipping in Canada on all orders.
All Canadian orders placed with Magpie Jewellery are processed, packed and shipped within Canada from Ottawa, ON. All packages are shipped using Canada Post, a reliable carrier servicing even the most remote corners of Canada. No duties will be incurred. Residents of Canada will be subject to HST, percentage based on Provincial regulations.

$24.00 for Canada Post Express Shipping (2 Business Days)
International orders are shipped via Canada Post. Orders to the U.S will be charged a standard $25.00 CAD shipping fee with tracking. International overseas orders will be charged a standard $75.00 CAD shipping fee. Additional duties, customs, and sales taxes may be added separately in accordance with your state or country's specific requirements.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase for any Magpie Jewellery merchandise that has not been worn or altered and is accompanied by its original receipt. If you do not have a receipt, we should be able to find the purchase in our system, but we may ask you for more information so we can better assist with our request. Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase. Additional shipping cost may occur with exchanges. Considerations will be made for items being shipped, to fit within these parameters, for returns.

Returning in Stores
Stop by any one of our stores in Ottawa with your unworn piece and the receipt. If you don't have a receipt, we should be able to find the purchase in our system, but we may ask you for more information so we can better assist with your request. We will happily return your piece or help you with an exchange.
We do not provide cash returns, under any circumstances. If you paid in cash originally you will be refunded on a bank card or another card of your choosing.
*Please note that for Permanent Bracelets and Anklets all sales are final.
For online orders purchased with PayPal, the return will be processed using a different form of payment.
If you ordered by credit card, we will credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing band and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.
If you paid with an online gift card, once returned your refund will be applied to another gift card.
Please note that unfortunately, we do NOT cover the cost of returned items and we will only provide return labels under special circumstances .
