How will my purchase be packaged?
Every item is carefully packaged in a branded white Magpie box with a grey satin or raffia ribbon. We do not ship items with a price tag.

CANADA POST STRIKE UPDATE
Magpie will ship items with Purolator and the fees will remain the same, choose 'flat rate 14.95' for shipping and your order will arrive via Purolator. These shipments will not have a signature requirement so please make arrangements to receive your package. Please understand that we are unable to provide return labels during the Canada Post Strike. If you need to return your item, it will have to be in person at one of our 3 locations in Ottawa.

Orders are processed and delivered Monday–Friday, except for holidays. Orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.
We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase for any Magpie Jewellery merchandise that has not been worn or altered and is accompanied by its original receipt. Online customers can log in to their account to process their return.
Shipping costs for all returns are handled by the customer.
